The Mystical Tavern offers FREE DELIVERY on all online orders of €50 or more to anywhere in Malta.

Delivery takes between 2 – 3 working days from confirmation of order, and are dispatched via a courier.

Cancellation & Returns Policy
You have a right to cancel the agreement at any time before the expiry of a period of 14 days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods.

You may cancel by giving us notice in writing which you send by sending an email to the following address: mysticaltavern@gmail.com and the notice shall operate to cancel the agreement between us.

If you cancel the agreement :

  • You must return the goods to us at the address given above ;
  • Goods must be returned complete with tags, original packaging, manuals and in fully re-saleable condition;
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us at the address given above ;
  • You are under a duty to take reasonable care to see that they are received by us and not damaged in transit ;
  • we will reimburse any sum paid by you or on your behalf under or in relation to the agreement including the costs of carriage and any insurance which you directed us to incur;
  • we will charge you the direct costs to us of recovering any goods supplied by us if you fail to return the goods to us.

Our right of cancellation
If for reasons beyond our reasonable control, pricing errors, including but not limited to an inability or failure on the part of the manufacturers or suppliers of the goods to supply the goods to us, we are unable to supply the goods to you, we may cancel the agreement at any time before the goods are delivered by giving notice to you. We shall promptly repay to you any sums paid by you or on your behalf under or in relation the agreement. We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage whatever arising from such cancellation.

Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to accept order cancellations on a case-by-case basis and will not be able to cancel orders that have already been shipped or packaged.

After one month from the order date for pre/back-orders, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted. For both pre-orders and in-stock items, we can either refund payments as Store Credit (only if you have a Mystical Tavern account) or to your original payment method if your request for a cancellation is accepted.

Please note that requesting a refund to the original payment method will incur in a 10% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

No fee is taken for orders refunded in Store Credit.
